Shipment Processing Time

All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

The estimated delivery date depends on the country.

“Business Days” mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

During busier periods, delivery times may be extended. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Please note that the delivery time provided is an estimate and may change due to various external factors.
These factors can consist of various elements, such as extreme weather conditions, technical issues, customs holdups, and more.

Things you need to know

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive separate emails for each shipment.
• If you have just placed an order with us and you wish to cancel or change, the quickest way for us to do so would be to contact us immediately by email at customeservices@footballkitspro.com
• If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, there’s no need to return the item to us at this stage. Please contact our customer service team immediately by email at customeservices@footballkitspro.com with an image of your item and explanation of the fault so they can advise you on best outcome for the situation.
